KaosPilots Netherlands believes that one of our society's most fundamental quests in meeting the challenges of the future is: how to best unlock the creative and innovative forces in each individual and in society.

KaosPilots is an entrepreneurial educational program and a centre for value-based entrepreneurship and leadership. KaosPilots wants to provide a progressive and positive answer to the fascinating challenges presently facing our part of the world. In our vision, organisations that create social, environmental and cultural value are needed now more than ever.

Over the last year we met more and more people feeling strong connection to our ideas and our initiative. Quite a number of them decided to join building our plane while flying. Our ambition is to develop a unique educational program and competency environment for young people who wish to make a positive difference in society. Our most important goal for next few years is:

We are developing a unique educational program and competency environment for young people who wish to make a positive difference in society. The full time program started in September 2007.

We envision KaosPilots to be much more than the school in the near future. We will be a centre for value-based entrepreneurship and leadership. A centre of expertise. A place of inspiration. A place of incubation and cross-pollinating. A meeting place where we inspire people from a diverse range of backgrounds and sectors with examples of new entrepreneurship and social innovation. We will support them to take the next step with our services based on the knowledge, expertise and experience available in our international network.
